New Year brings new opportunities for Armadale young people £49,750 for Armadale Community Education Centre Fiona Hyslop, MSP for the Linlithgow Constituency, has welcomed a new social enterprise giving Armadale youngsters £49,750 for valuable work experience in developing and delivering a film project. The Young Start Grant awarded to the Armadale Community Education Centre will allow them to work with over 70 young people who will create their own films and organise a youth film festival in both years.
