New charity shop to raise vital funds for West Lothian families Fiona Hyslop MSP joined shoppers, supporters and volunteers today (August 22nd) to officially open the Home-Start West Lothian Charity Shop next door to her constituency office in Whitburn. Hyslop Holds Employment Fayre in Bathgate Local Constituency MSP Fiona Hyslop is hosting an Employment Fayre at the Regal Theatre in Bathgate to encourage people to engage with local employers. 10,379 Children Eligible for Free School Meals in West Lothian   Local Constituency MSP Fiona Hyslop has welcomed the news that the Scottish Government’s Free School Meals Initiative will give 10,379 pupils that are in primaries 1-3 free school meals. Fiona said; “The Free School Meals initiative for p1-3 pupils is a huge financial help to families in West Lothian.
